What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in managing construction timelines, budgets, and reporting for active development projects
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and general contractors
• Support the entitlement, permitting, and design coordination processes
• Track project documentation including RFIs, change orders, contracts, and pay apps
• Attend site walks, OAC meetings, and help ensure project milestones are on track
• Interface with internal finance, legal, and asset management teams to ensure project alignment

You’ve got the fundamentals—some experience or education in construction, engineering, architecture, or real estate—and you’re ready to apply it where strategy meets execution. You’re organized, eager to learn, and excited to build your career in development from the ground up.
