Job Summary:
The Cross-Country Coach is responsible for organizing, leading, and developing a competitive and educational cross-country program for student-athletes. The coach fosters a positive team culture, promotes sportsmanship, and ensures student-athletes excel both academically and athletically.
The Cross-Country Coach manages program, focusing on developing players' athletic skills, teamwork, and personal character. The coach helps lead practices and coordinate game strategies.
