Our company is a family-owned retail/wholesale nursery focused on building the company through honesty, hard work and integrity. We are growing and we need to add to our family!

• Safely driving a truck and trailer (non CDL /CDL preferred) with inventory, equipment, tools and a crew.
• Ensuring each job is safe, clean, being friendly to customers.
• Ensuring your crew is professional, ethical and safe.
• Ensuring all equipment, including the trucks, are properly used, maintained, cleaned and secured.
• Maintaining a clean truck and trailer.
• Maintaining the Truck’s supplies (shovels, wheel barrels, irrigation repair parts, etc.)
• Performing other duties and tasks as assigned.
• Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Bilingual not required, but a plus.
• Clean driving record with valid driver license (with DOT drug & health screen).
• Customer relation and interpersonal skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-directed and motivated.
• Ability to work independently.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to work well with others and be a leader.
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and follow through.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects/activities simultaneously.
