In this role, you’ll help coordinate on-site fundraising campaigns for nationally recognized charities at busy retail and public locations.

We are a mission-driven marketing firm that partners with nonprofit organizations to raise awareness and donations through face-to-face outreach and event promotions . No prior management experience is required—we provide hands-on leadership training , mentorship, and a clear promotion path based on your performance.

• Represent nonprofit partners at retail events , pop-up campaigns, and community fundraisers

• Engage with the public to educate, inform, and encourage charitable contributions

• Assist in event planning, booth setup, and campaign execution

• Deliver high-quality customer service and uphold the brand image of our charity partners

• Mentor and support new team members as you grow into leadership roles

• Track team performance metrics including donor engagement, sales goals, and outreach data

• Maintain organized records of donations, campaign results, and outreach activities

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive, people-focused attitude with a passion for giving back

• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, public-facing environment

• Comfortable multitasking and speaking with diverse groups

• Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales , or team leadership is a plus—but not required

• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Full-time availability required, including some weekends
