Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed to practice in New Jersey, with additional preference for candidates also admitted in New York. A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in environmental law, with a focus on compliance, litigation, and regulatory matters. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution. Certifications: Active membership in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar (required). Admission to the New York State Bar (preferred).
