Job Description
Our client, a private equity firm located in Boston, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team for 3+ months. This is a hybrid role with 4 days onsite, 1 remote, and has standard hours of 8:30AM-5PM. It is compensating up to $39 an hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities: - Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate domestic and international travel, and prepare detailed itineraries.
- Handle monthly expense reporting via Concur, draft and edit correspondence and presentation materials, and manage logistics for meetings and guests.
- Assist with document preparation, printing, and distribution; support internal operations such as HR database entries and IT coordination.
- Collaborate with the broader administrative team for coverage and event support
Qualifications: - Prior executive support experience, preferably in financial services
- Experience with Concur and private air booking a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
