Senior Full-Stack Software Developer

Since our Series A last year, we've become one of the fastest-growing startups to hit Series-B metrics, and now we're hiring for a Senior Full-Stack Software Developer to join our team to work on building the foundations of our products and vision.

We're looking for talented and motivated developers with 4+ years of experience. Our developers own products from end-to-end. If you're interested in building elegant software with far-reaching effects in our modern healthcare landscape, join us!

What You'll Do

  • Design initial feature specifications.

  • Build robust backend APIs.

  • Write intuitive frontend code.

  • Oversee ongoing improvements for launched products.

  • Drive projects from concept to completion in an environment of autonomy and creativity.

  • Shape not just our product, but our culture: who you work with, and how we all work together.

  • Make foundational technical decisions critical to the company's success.

  • Work incredibly closely with co-founders, investors, and customers to deeply understand problems and build the best product.

Our current stack includes: React, React Native, Typescript, and Firebase.

About You

We're looking for a product-minded developer who:

  • Has experience in a backend framework (like Node ).

  • Is proficient with the staples of full-stack web development: HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.

  • Understands the balance between moving fast and building for the long haul in an early-stage startup.

  • Can minimize scope, prioritize ruthlessly, and implement rigorously.

  • Takes ownership and sees things through to completion.

  • Can take a stand yet commit even when they disagree.

  • Doesn't need heavy direction and enjoys the 'grey' areas.

  • Likes open-ended problems and thrives in the face of uncertainty the elements of a startup environment.
