Job Details Qualifications – Needed:

• 2- or 4-year degree in a technical or engineering-related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial or technical equipment sales
• Experience analyzing specifications and designing application-based solutions
• Strong background in proposal generation and cost estimation
• Customer-focused communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage technical inquiries and provide accurate recommendations
• Proficient in CRM tools, estimating software, or related technical systems

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee and manage sales activities across an assigned territory
• Build and maintain customer relationships via phone and email
• Analyze technical specifications and application data to select the appropriate equipment
• Develop and issue detailed proposals, quotes, and cost estimates
• Conduct project plan takeoffs and ensure accuracy of technical data
• Maintain up-to-date product specs and resources for engineers and end-users
• Input job details and manage leads through internal CRM and proposal systems
• Coordinate with independent sales representatives to expand territory coverage
