A small, multidisciplinary engineering firm with a diverse range of services and an established presence in the industry is seeking a Licensed Geologist to join their team in Santa Fe or Albuquerque New Mexico (Albuquerque preferred). Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting geological assessments, supporting engineering projects, and providing expert recommendations for a wide range of applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform geological surveys, site investigations, and risk assessments.
  • Analyze soil, rock, and mineral compositions for engineering and environmental applications.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical reports and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, environmental scientists, and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with geological and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state license as a Professional Geologist (PG) required .
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Earth Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in geological studies or environmental consulting.
  • Proficiency in geological mapping tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
