🩺 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Home Health | WA/Compact License Required

Permanent Position:

• 💵 Hourly Pay: $37 – $45/hr
  • Based on experience, tenure, and weekly hours worked
  • $37/hr: Entry-level LPNs (30 hrs/week)
  • $45/hr: Experienced LPNs (36+ hrs/week)

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care according to the active plan of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed
• Document all care activities, assessments, and responses accurately
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care routines
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure high-quality care

✅ Requirements:

• Active Washington or Compact State LPN License (Required)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving capabilities
• Home health experience preferred , but not required
