Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be part of the engineering department supporting production optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Pay Range: $20- $25 p/h w-2
Duration : 12 month contract

What's the Job?

• Work with moderate direction to identify and resolve engineering issues related to manufacturing processes.
• Examine equipment, processes, operations, and assembly to determine necessary time or quality revisions and suggest improvements.
• Perform engineering work related to planning and adapting methods to enhance manufacturing production.
• Carry out changes or monitor operations standards to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and implement inspection and test methods to maintain quality assurance.

What's Needed?

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
