What You’ll Do

• Scout & Secure : Discover and evaluate new store locations within assigned trade areas, ensuring alignment with strategic growth plans.
• Negotiate Like a Pro : Lead site negotiations and present opportunities to the Approval Committee, delivering high-quality deals that meet our standards.
• Analyze & Advise : Review due diligence reports, assess financial viability, and communicate risks and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Operations, Legal, Construction, and Validation to ensure seamless deal execution.
• Maximize Value : Optimize returns on real estate assets through smart leasing, purchasing, and capital improvement decisions.
• Be the Face of AutoZone : Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism in every interaction.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in real estate, preferably in commercial or retail development.
• Proven negotiation skills and a track record of successful site approvals.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial and property data.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% to explore and evaluate potential sites.
• A passion for growth, innovation, and making things happen.
