Skilled in writing user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process diagrams, and data mapping documents. Familiarity with integration scenarios (Salesforce to ERP/Finance). Proficiency in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.). Salesforce certifications such as CPQ Specialist, Revenue Cloud Consultant, or Business Analyst preferred.
