This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Telecom, Communications, or Media Technology who understands how to craft content that enhances usability and drives engagement. This role is onsite 5 days in Redmond, Washington. What You'll Be Doing Writing and refining UX content for B2B/B2C websites, customer care portals, and mobile apps Developing concise, intuitive messaging that guides users through digital experiences Collaborating with designers, researchers, and product teams to ensure alignment with UX strategy Optimizing content for clarity, accessibility, and usability across multiple platforms Ensuring consistency with brand voice and tone, while maintaining technical accuracy What We're Looking For Experience: Strong background in UX writing within Telecom, Communications, or Media Technology Skills: Ability to craft seamless user journeys through effective content strategy Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to refine messaging and digital interactions Tools: Experience with content management systems and UX writing frameworks This is a great opportunity to contribute to high-impact digital experiences in a fast-paced environment.
