Our mission is to empower pet parents to provide the best care for their beloved animals. Job Responsibilities: Process payments, dispense medication, and assist pet parents with discharge paperwork. Safely restrain pets during wellness procedures, such as vaccinations and microchipping. Collect and prepare blood and fecal samples for laboratory testing. Drive company vans responsibly for clinic operations and ensure safe loading and unloading of equipment. Recommend services and products tailored to each pet's lifestyle and health needs. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment through regular disinfecting of surfaces and equipment. Conduct inventory management by tracking product counts and expiration dates. Promote a culture of safety in the clinic and embody our core values while engaging with pet parents and team members. Provide excellent customer service by addressing pet parents' inquiries and guiding them through the clinic process. Reach performance goals related to product sales and services offered. Scan pets for microchips and prepare necessary veterinary vaccines. Build solid relationships with pet parents. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: 18 years of age or older. Valid driver's license. Ability to work weekends and varied shifts, including some overnight hours. Reliable transportation and a commitment to punctuality. Capability to handle a company vehicle for long hours in various weather conditions. Willingness to perform outdoor activities as required. Ability to endure long working hours, including 12-14 hour days. Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: Customer service or sales experience. Comfort with technology, including iPads and Bluetooth devices. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Team player with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Physical Requirements: Meet productivity standards while performing essential job functions safely. Maintain regular, punctual attendance. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. comfortably. Why Work with Us?
