Job Description We are looking for a talented
Warehouse Engineering (Student) to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fridley, MN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Enhancing Safety and Compliance : You will help implement manufacturing processes that meet strict safety standards, ensuring a secure environment for all team members.
- Driving Process Efficiency : By applying manufacturing principles, you'll identify and implement improvements that boost productivity and reduce waste.
- Supporting Project Execution : Your involvement in specific projects will help bring new manufacturing initiatives to life, aligning with business and product goals.
- Improving Equipment Performance : You will contribute to optimizing equipment functionality, leading to more reliable and cost-effective operations.
- Standardizing Best Practices : By assisting in the development of manufacturing standards and methods, you'll help create consistency and quality across operations.
- Championing Continuous Improvement : Using tools like Lean or Six Sigma, you will support ongoing efforts to refine processes and elevate performance.
- Collaborating Across Teams : Your ability to build strong partnerships will ensure smooth coordination and shared success across departments.
- Communicating with Clarity : You'll tailor your communication to different audiences, ensuring that ideas, updates, and feedback are clearly understood and actionable.

Education/Experience - Must be 16 years of age, in high school or post-secondary school.
- No GPA Requirement.
Qualifications Additional Information - Part Time
- Monday - Thursday (32 hours)
- High School Student, ages 17 - 18 years old
- 3-month defined program
