Responsibilities:
Preferred Qualifications
·Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree is required.
·Experience: A minimum of ten years of experience as a systems analyst developer, with at least three years specifically supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, and Retirement).
·Techno-Functional Expertise: Over eight years of hands-on techno-functional experience in the implementation and support of at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM projects, including Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Graphical Language (OGL).
·HumanCapital Management Solutions: More than ten years of experience implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions, with a proven track record as technical lead consultant. This includes driving HR technology implementations through technical process designs, solution architecture, data conversion, integrations, report development, process playback, user acceptance testing, cutover, and production launch.
·Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): 2 to 5 years of experience working with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
·Reporting Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in building OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BIP (Business Intelligence Publisher) reports.
·Technical Skills: Familiarity with SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol) and experience providing solution architecture.
·Consulting Background: Previous consulting experience with a consulting or systems integrator (SI) organization is preferred.
·Additional HCM Applications: Experience with multiple HCM applications is a plus.
·Certification: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is preferred.
Update Management: Must possess the technical knowledge of quarterly updates and their impact on business processes and assist business teams in seamlessly adopting new features
